Just had a new home completed and had my first open house in it. Getting to know the Rosewood area. Wow nice location and very handy to Saskatoon city center. Access to 8 street services and really handy to major arteries to take you anywhere in the city. Up and coming area with lots of green space scattered around the neighborhood, make this a great place to walk the dog or have a scenic jog.. We have many building lots available so its a great time to look at all the options in this area.
