After our father passed away I, on behalf of my siblings and myself, had the task of selling his house. Never having the responsibility of selling a house before, Rob explained in very simple, easy to understand terms how the process works. His straight forward explanations of the services he would provide along with his enthusiasm, indicated to me that we had found the right realtor. Even though my siblings live in other provinces they wanted to be kept up to date with how things were progressing. Once on the market, Rob periodically provided each of us with “video updates”. This was something that the three of us had not encountered before but they were very effective. My brother indicated that it “instilled confidence that Rob was using all the tools at his disposal to the market.” My sister agreed and added that “the video updates were valuable, especially with the distance issue and with the two of us not being able to meet Rob.” She added that, “When I ended up having to phone Rob, I felt like I already knew him and was comfortable speaking with him.” Rob was eager to get the house sold for us and provided us with valuable Comparative Market Analysis data. Once we had an agreed upon purchase offer, completing the necessary paperwork to finalize the sale was seamless. Rob was always receptive to any of our comments, suggestions, questions or concerns.
